cummins isx 2250 purge air valve

hello I don't know if anyone has had this problem with the purge valve, change the filter to the dryer and change 3 purge, i took better take air directly from a tank, the strange thing is that when I accelerate I hear air through the yellow and red valves oh close to the accelerator when I leave after unloading it does it empty or loaded not all the time, I stop acelarate and it goes away but I often get the code 3490 .It has me a little frustrated because it starts like crazy to do regenerations and can I clean the code easily?
