If this helps you, I just fixed one with no power to B pin of 9 pin connector. 10 amp fuse D-10 dome/horn/diag was blown. Found issue was short to ground on drivers door jamb switch. New pigtail P/N k333-511k1t fixed it.

its starting to sound more and more like the fuse blown but I could of sworn all the fuses are good i checked them like three times that was the only part i did know about this situation the only fuse panel i know of is underneath the d/s clutch pedal is there another one anywhere in the dash or anything?????? i will take some pics of the fuse panel , they had used the truck all day and got home after me im gona check again tomorow hes should be off . I am going to check for for power and ground nd then resistance like push said, but i was able to get the VIN 1NKDX7EX2CJ953947

Fuse on page 2, 9 pin connector on page 9. Fuse panel is by clutch pedal. Earlier post stated location. Hope this helps

yes i checked them and this is where im at
there is no power at all to the power pin but all the fuses are frigin good and i even replaced them all with new ones and made sure there all in proper contact i even found two hiding way up top on that panel and still all good and currently even more lost now, i managed to get a pic of the inside fuse box there was also one outside with mini fuse amps in it but still nothing. is there anything else connected power for the j1939 connection port?

Fuse between RKE power (remote keyless entry) and mirror heat. 4th row down, 10 over. Powers dome lamp and horn also. Have seen pins corrode from leaky windshield.
pushbroom Thanks this. -
Dome light when opening doors that is.

yes aha now that u mentioned that it is very corroded in that area even the j1939 port had corroded but i cleaned it and 100% definitely has no power there. sounds like the panel is going to have to come off im thinking the wires must of corroded somewhere for the power line maybe for the port???? didnt know it was from the windshield fluid as this is the only truck that has a fair amount i kept telling the driver to clean his dam boots aha guess i know what the real verdict is
spsauerland Thanks this. -
Post what you find for others here. I have had to re-pin the 9 pin connector and replace the fuse panel over this. Not fun.
