Cummins NTC 400 PT pump line pressure

Does anyone know the PT pump fuel line pressure for an NTC 400 cummins? To get it through the DOT test I have to back the fuel off, Tooo much smoke for Europe! and now i've lost track of where I am.
I run a '76 Kenworth W900 in England, travelling up and down the motorways and some of the tiniest side roads going to Horse shows with my wife,I've streched it into a rigid 39 ½ft monster horsebox that we call Mega Truck. The wife also drives it - Crash box and all. wish it had some steering lock though.
