Recently offered job w/ jb hunt doing OTR which is east of the Rockies they say. Has sign on bonus and good cpm. Everything seems perfect. Curious as to what is the catch here. If position is so great , why isn't everyone taking it. Very hesistant. Too good to be true? Anyone know something about this job?

what were you told as far as cpm? I am currently running the will run fleet which is otr. Ask any questions and i'll answer what I can. For example I am making 0.46cpm and last week I had 2204 miles on 6 days and this week I have 2741.

Curious as well. Why would you send a PM on a message board and hide the answer that some people would like to see??? I am interested in JB as well for the same reasons.

Why so worried? You obviously inquired about the position or they would not have offered it. Also since you are a new driver you will be starting new wherever you go. JB has alot of accounts and alot of work. Do not listen to all these "Debbie Downers" on this site. Most that have bad stuff to say have alot to say about many companies. They should look in the mirror.

they run east north to south... they will run you wherever you would like to go, get in with your driver manager and let her/him know what you like to run, they will do everything they can to help you.

It also lists 48 under trailer type. Did you pull 48' trailers?
