I am seeing $1.73/mi for flatbed contracting with Q-Line. If one assumes 6mpg fuel mileage and $1.30/L diesel and deducts the fuel cost alone from the $1.73/mi, the end result is approx $56/hr revenue to the truck. Pay yourself and there isn’t much left over to pay for truck and maintenance. Are people happy running at these levels?

Upinsmoke Thanks this. -
They sent me their February rate sheet, I guess it changes every month. That was the flatbed rate, add 10 cents for a super B flat. -
