Danny Herman is cheap I had over 2yrs exp with Hazmat and was getting .51cpm
Also zero detention pay and inconsistent mileage per week. Slow trucks at 67mph.
Plus the way they dispatch is plain retarded! 90% of the time no preplan so being able to maximize your 70 will be challenging. Most of the time you have to sit around the receiver and wait a while after you send an empty macro.
Having worked for Schneider they were definitely more laid back.
