DD13 no power

I am checking a truck for a friend. It is a Freightliner with a DD13 in it. It ran fine when he bought it but on his second trip it lost power. It seems to run fine from cold start for about 20 minutes then throws a code. (UDS-1) MCM02T. For the injector amplifier control valve. Cylinder 4,5,6 shorted to battery. If we clear the code it will run another few minutes then repeat the code.
I have unplugged the connector at the valve cover and it has engine oil in it.
I need a bit more information before I tear into it. I don't know if the injector system is a pull up or pull down and I can't seem to find a wiring diagram or system description online.

I am having both injector harnesses delivered. I need to know if there is a removable cover in the cab. It is an M2 112
