Can I get some honest help please? Im at the point of my career to switch fuel companies. I currently drive for an oil and propane company but want to drive for a private fleet. My choices im deciding with is Kwik Trip or Wayne Transports? If anyone can explain from either company, the breakdown on pay, hours worked, and overall satisfaction of working at the company. Thank you!

Did you also consider Casey's?.....:

It's a growing fuel fleet. -
Kwik-Trip, or Kwik-Star in Minnesoty. I'm from Wisconsin, and I can say without reservation, KT/KS is one of the premier companies. I used to deliver to their warehouse in LaCrosse, and top notch all the way. Know how I know? The employees. You can just tell. Go to a Pilot or any major fuel stop, dirty restrooms, no coffee, generally no help. The only exception is Loves. Kwik Star even has cheese curds!!! KT will be around a long time. Wayne is good too, but caters more to industry, I think,, and possibly iffy. KT you have it made!

I have definitely considered Caseys, quite honestly though I've seen some pretty bad reviews from other drivers on indeed about driving fuel for them. I was seriously considering them but those reviews kind of threw me off.

Since I started hauling fuel, Kwik Trip was always the dream truthfully, I've heard the money isn't spectacular though. And they with hold money from your checks to get the profit sharing bonus at the end of the year? Not sure how accurate that is but I've heard someone talk about it before.201 Thanks this.
