Decker Truck Line maintenance fraud

With back issues, trucking probably not your best choice of occupation. You two separated, sounds like a win-win. And since this seems to be a typical experience for you ("nothing new"), that's great too since you weren't surprised with your latest experience.

I got scammed by decker...they lay a contract on you the last day of orientation,wanting to charge me a weekend rent a car.I used the car one day,decker used it the other three.
They left me stranded at shipper for 2 days without a hotel and took forever to render payment to tow truck driver taking me to peterbilt in SLC.
I saw the planes taking off at the airport a few miles away and booked a flight home.
Received a bill of $1800 to recover there truck and pay off contract.
Didn't make $1800 the 3 months I worked for them crooks.

 

As much as I hate Decker....you abandoned their truck....THAT'S ON YOU!!!

From: Salt Lake City, UT. To: Fort Dodge. IA. = 1,099 miles.
Cost for driver to recover:
Starting pay = .43 cpm
.43 x 1,099 = $472.57
$472.57 x 2 (both ways) = $945.14

Cost for fuel to recover:
Let's say truck is getting 7 mpg.
1,099 miles x 2 (both ways) = 2,198 miles
2,198 miles divided by 7 = 314 gallons
314 gallons x $2.50 per gallon = $785.00

Total cost to recover truck:
$945.14 + $785.00 = $1,730.14

So; do you feel like Decker owes you $69.86?!?

Abandon equipment, and pay the price! Got no sympathy for you. Hope they crammed your DAC too.

I don't give a white dog about $1800,I don't take no white dog from trucking companies either.dac is white dog ...working at transport America at $1000 a week.

 

As soon as I pay off my house,Im gonna hang my cdl on the wall and write loser under it...sit by the fire and drink beer and smoke weed.
