    I'm thinking with the tuition reimbursement and sign on it might average out about the same... I don't mind working hard, but I prefer working Smart for the money.

    Check Beelman Truck Company, they're close to you. Sometimes they hire new grads and the drivers I talked to, which is several, they all liked working there. It's interesting work and don't have to deal with goofy retail store managers.

    I would go with the dedicated account because the income and hometime is more predictable.
    the dedicated is more work and pays better but the boxes of shoes aren't heavy

    the regional is all drop and hook but the miles are not predictable , the are up and down each week
