Delivery in Santa Ana, CA from Hattiesburg, MS

Alright guys, so I have this load I'm picking up from Hattiesburg, Mississippi going to Santa Ana, California. I see that I'm gonna take I-20E to I-10E and go all the way there, I know truck stops near big cities like LA gets packed early and fast so I was wondering if you guys know a good one I could get there and find a spot, don't need to be near the city, maybe about 50-100 miles away from the place. I have a Tanker.

It's at 10AM, I'm hauling yeast ( Which I absolutely hate lol... ) if I can get there early which I possibly am, I don't know if they gonna unload me early or not and if I get and they don't, even if they have onsite parking which looking at the satellite imagine I don't think they have, the yeast will be settle in, so I need to stop at least a couple of miles away so it could mix up when I delivered it.
