    I happen to be using a C640 as we speak. It's my-sit-on-the-couch-and-surf laptop and it works just fine. $35 is a good price. It isn't going to run any of the newer games very well, if at all, as the graphics card isn't enough, but it's a sturdy machine and should give you little trouble. If you get one, make sure you send a blast of air through the fan and blow out any dust. Mine was giving me trouble the other day by locking up. I knew it was a thermal issue (computers are my job now), so I blew the thing out and haven't had any trouble since.

    Ditto on the RAM upgrade.

    I knew I would have to do some upgrading to play some of the games that I play.

    Will do that a little at a time.
    Hopeing I won't have to upgrade my Dimension 4600 to play Diablo 3 when it comes out. I will check out those sites when I find out wheather I get one or not.
