Demand for drivers in northern Minnesota?

You're welcome...You will love the area!! I should add that both Superior Fuel and Edwards oil have a transport division (tractor trailer) which hauls from the refinery to various bulk plants, gas stations etc... I know them both very well and would lean toward Superior Fuel...when you get some experience that will open a lot of doors. I will also add that Halvor lines, should you go that route, is very flexible with home time. I worked there both full time and part time for a number of years. If you want to be out for 5 days or 5 weeks it is completely up to you. I ran as hard as legally possible and would be home every week for 2 days or so.
