    Take it back and make them give you another turbo some times you get a bad rebuilt part?

    Nope..at idle it was ok,at higher rpm is when it does the leaking.

    That is what I think.pulled turbo off and it seems a little damp in the exhaust manifold but not like wet oil.

    For what it's worth, when I've had turbos push oil on the exhaust side it was always down stream. Never up to the manifold.

    I just looked under the exhaust manifold and I can see where it has dripped down to the blow by tube.also have some oil ontop of the oil cooler housing but not alot.

    Copy that.
    Rebuilt turbo..at idle nothing,ran it hard for 100 miles.had to put 1/2 gallon of oil in it.

    Might wanna check if they have recall on turbo/actuator
    Oct last year I had a new turbo and actuator.
    New turbo went out after 2 days.
    Ended up actuator and turbo had a recall.
    Was on a Cummins though.
    They made it right, another turbo and actuator $5800 for ISX
    Phone call or stop in a dealer would give you answer

    Truck does not smoke at all,just a little black smoke when you put it to the floor.
