Have a 2014 I'm at 575 thousand , oil field guy had I met had 700 thousand. We both have Apu and hardly idle if we dont have to .

The wife and I team drove a 12' Cascadia with a DD15 in it. It had something like 30,000 miles on it when we got in it. We eventually put just over 800,000 miles on that truck when we left that company.
The truck blew two heater hoses and those were the only two breakdowns. This truck was well maintained and was still running great when we left. We were pulling a reefer and were typically at 75,000 plus gross.
I'm sure that engine hit a million miles before an inframe was required.
It should go without saying, things like the starter and other ancillary parts were replaced while we were in that truck.jamespmack, OldeSkool, Dh46 and 3 others Thank this. -
I ran a 2010 cascadia for 1.3 million.Regen problems was notorious.No problems otherwise.

I'm at 665k now on a 2014 . Changed Injectors at 500k .
kenn2632 Thanks this. -
700k-800k I've seen to be the average, but i also seen many that needed rebuilt around 600k. I believe it depends on how much you idle those motors and basic maintenance of course.
