Did Swift take all of the binders with the registration papers out of the trucks?

I just noticed that there isn't a binder with the registration papers in my truck anymore and I checked a few day cabs and the binders aren't in there either. Do they take them out of all of the newer trucks??

Most permits are digital now. There are still paper required ones in slim folders.
