    About three months ago, I ignored a post on here saying Geowiz was garbage and went ahead and ordered one.

    Not only did the product not work; it screwed up my truck to where cylinders were mis-firing or not firing. I had to pay my mechanic to clear all the codes their product caused my truck to throw.

    ALL calls to their sales and service were unanswered. I gave them ample opportunity to right the situation but I have not heard from them at all.

    If there is a bottom of the barrel of ELDs, Geowiz is floating on the top of it because we all know what rises to the top of the cesspool.

    Go with an established company. At least you might be able to get someone to respond to your complaints when their ELD doesn't function.

    Yep Junk! Tried mine out a year ago ! Bad service ! check engine light ect...the device now is on my self next to some trophy's as a reminder of the struggle!

    No one from customer service is answering the phone... still ??

    I'd call Consumer Protection Service at the very least and report it.

    File with the BBB.

    Yep, still waiting in my refund for there garbage! They talk a really good product but it's garbage all the way around!
