Are you referring to iBright or something else? I know my employer uses that program and they can do EVERYTHING from the office: crank the unit, track the trailers, monitor the temps, coolant temp, everything you can read on the display, they can read in the office.

We rented some former Prime trailers as temporary trailers and our office couldn't read or do anything with those units and since they were rental trailers, they couldn't install that program.

I;m referring to WINTRAK program. It's for technicians or engineers who work with Thermo King units. The program allow you to format USB stick and then you can plug stick in unit to download temperature or alarms log. after downloading is complete you can plug USB in PC and print the log. Also you can change reefer settings or upload Optiset. upload_2020-7-26_19-27-34.png

I've wondered what that USB port was for, now I have a better idea.
