I'm led to believe by my DBL's that you only get a hotel stay if your truck is in the shop for a extended period of time.
Does anyone know of any other circumstances that allow for hotel a stay? And if so.... WHERE do you even FIND info on this, other than office personel?
Does anyone know Schneiders criteria for a hotel stay?

Generally, all I have to do is ask. -
Yep, ask your DBL.
When mine went to shop to change a fuel line that collapsed they put me in a room at Indy while it was in their shop.
Had to ride the bus with the trainees when they went to motel. -
Yeah, like I said in my initial post, my DBL mainly said its only if you're unable to stay in your truck overnight, then you get a hotel stay until its fixed. But I always get the vibe that there are other circumstances that allow for a hotel stay, but my DBL is not able to be forth-right about it.
Plus, I remember other drivers telling me that you're supposed to get a hotel stay if a customer has you waiting for an extended period of days to unload a product. So I don't know what to believe...
