Does Celadon run flatbed into the north east?

Does Celadon run flatbed into the NE? I see some dry van trucks but that is it. Do they not run many loads to NE?

Just had a friend sign on as a lease to owner and from what he says they do now but only the "owners" do flatbed work/division
