Does anybody who drives for Gordon know if they pay bonuses
and if so would you mind explaining for what and how much.
Also whats the lowdown on layovers.

But as far as a bonus for anything? The answer is, NO! -
Good luck on a hotel for breakdown if you're at a shop- they'll try to make you sleep in someone else's truck, or take that truck for another load. They'll do whatever they can to avoid hotels or paying you layover or breakdown

When at a company shop/terminal I was always given access to my tractor for sleeping and when at an independent shop always went to a motel on the company dime. If your tractor will have a long layover at a shop you will be asked to slip seat until your tractor is repaired. -
It was like that for me in the beginning, but recently they tried to put me in a nasty ol cabover for two days when the radiator went out on mine. I wouldn't take it because it had someone else's stuff in it and it was a pigpen. Glad I now drive for a company that doesn't believe in slip seating
