    Swift finances the $3900 at no interest. You pay it back in 13 months. If you stay 13 more months you get every penny back so the training is free after 26 months.

    Swift is like all starter companies. It is what you make it. But they aren't as bad as some. My experience with them was good for the most part.

    Wife, kids over 12, friends, etc can ride. Insurance policy cost was $25 a month when I was there. That's after you get your own truck and I think 30 days OTR but it may have changed since then.
