Flying J north of stockton On i5 and hwy 12. It's really the only option. It's a decent place too. Easy to find parking. Good food

Flying J, Loves and 3B’s all at that location.
Parking on a Sunday afternoon is going to be difficult there. Lots of people use it to stage for Bay Area runs.
Locals also clog up the place. -
There's a Walmart in West Sacramento that is extremely trucker friendly, and is on the layover location list. Park in an out of the way part of their lot and they won't bother you

The last time, maybe the only time I started a 34 off in Cali, I made about 2 hours and called the wife, and told her to expect me home in the morning. lolGutter, otterinthewater, x1Heavy and 1 other person Thank this. -
Maybe it's changed I don't know. I don't have too much love for the place after that botched Americold Lost week incident.
