    Not long ago I was in that construction zone that area I was behind a swift truck who was doing 45 mph. I jumped out in the left lane to go around him, and I noticed the trooper was coming up. The trooper jumped back in the right lane behind swift and Turned his lights on and pulled Swift over for impeding traffic.
