Good luck getting the rest of civilization to comply. We will be lucky if our country is still mobile in 25 years.

The politicians that wrote that will all be dead by then, so it's a moot regulation.
California trucking companies will move across the state line to Nevada or Arizona.
California can't regulate the other states on that issue.

Crude Truckin', NWAF, hidden1 and 13 others Thank this.

    Overreact much?

Peterbilt Model 520EV Eligible for $150,000 CARB HVIP Voucher | Peterbilt

Peterbilt Model 579EV Conquers Pikes Peak | Peterbilt

Stuff will still get moved, Just some may have to cross dock at the state line.

Some companies are already set up to relay loads. Loads are picked and dropped by the Cali fleet working from a yard in AZ. Other drivers move the fright to/from the rest of the country from AZ.

I thought they were supposed to be banning all new internal combustion engine sales in 2025?

Might be lucky if we still have a country in 25 years. Oh well, I doubt I have that many more years in me. I'd be going on 97 then

Lol I read the first 2 paragraphs and gave up. Those folks on the CARB are soooooo far out of touch with anything bearing even a minute ressemblance of reality.
