Frequencies are generated by a pll or phase locked loop, instead of with crystals.

It's probably not worth it. Is it 23 or 40 channels?

Omg, that's all you can find?

The radio is a branded unit, meaning some distributor/sales company bought a crap load of boards and used them to make a CB for the market. I am thinking that it is one of two boards because the fox, ge and dnt are all branded units too. Those two boards are the midland and the realistic, both can't really get the channels but they can be tuned and work good for you.

I would do this, get it to someone who can see if it works and go from there. Most idiot techs won't know what to do but there are many out there who can figure it out.

Kovich, 25(2)+2 and rabbiporkchop Thank this.

Yesterday i was driving with it on, i fixed all the little things for the voice to work, And i got someone. Or a few people on 32 as it was the only active channel with people on it. I did 10-32 a few times, the one dude said i was breaking out, eventually dead key. He was talking to someone else about me something like "He's breaking up you wont be able to hear him, Dead key dead key Hes dead key. I was on a somewhat rual road and the highway was like a while away, miles and miles so it might of been a home base Idk

Well that's a simple problem to solve, the mic cable needs to be replaced.
