Not gonna say that's an exception, but I don't think you could get more ideal conditions. Flat as a billiard table, a nice tail wind, and generally low speed limits. I wish I had read this yesterday. I spent the night at the TA in Seymour, IN. Saturday night after coming down from near Minneapolis, MN. Might have been your neighbor. Anyway, 8.5 on the scanguage loaded to 79,500. That is 2.0 mpg better than I normally get with a similar load on the rolling hills in the SE. Of course that dropped back to below normal between Lexington, KY and here (Charlotte).
