DriveELD issue

    I have my new entrant safety audit with the FMCSA and I need to submit my past 30 days of logs. But the website dashboard seems broken, it isn't displaying any logs after May 9th. It is up to date with all my DVIRs, IFTA miles, and even truck location data, but doesn't have any log data since May 9th.

    Anybody encounter this problem and know of a fix? Guess worst case I could try and recreate all my logs based on trips and fuel/toll receipts for the past 30 days excluding the 7 days the app has.
    Tried calling DriveELD, but they are closed so could only leave a message on their machine.

    Do they have a website? I have omnitrax and I can log in online and download my logs. Are you able to log in online and download anything?

    Yep, using the website dashboard (sorry, should have specified that).
    It isn't showing anything recent.

    That's the only thing you can do. Wait until Monday and try again to call them.
    Most places will delete data older than 6 months, but that's obviously not the issue here. It's likely a data entry error they might be able to fix if it's fixable.
