Small office, 6 employees total including myself for a global conglomerate. </p><p><br /></p><p>My plant is the country club of the region, but that being said I take a lot of pride in the fact that my drivers are happy to run the wheels off the truck, never call off sick, and when other plants are closing because of a light dusting or storm in the winter, my guys make my location shine by being the only drivers on the road (don’t mistake that as me forcing them out in unsafe or inclement weather). I’m truly blessed to have the group of guys working for me that I do. </p><p><br /></p><p>I want to do something for THEM, that is office workers are not going to partake, so that kind of puts catering a bbq or something out of the question because catering for three would be a waste.
