    Good, that truck looks horrible with how rusted out those rims are anyhow.

    That in itself must bring attention to them by the DOT. A wire wheel disc and some spray paint can clean that up rather cheaply...

    This is why I wouldn’t want to drive a truck with painted steel rims,especially on the steer axles-corrosion shows up too easily,which gives the impression that someone was being cheap!
