At least he was honest and admitted he did it. They should have let him go.

 

Never pull a weapon if you aint gonna use it . Make a verbal threat fine , whip their ### fine . Take a cussing fine . If it escalates to pulling out some heat there only needs to be one story , yours .

 

Let a guy go for pulling out a weapon towards someone? Over something as stupid as driving?

 

1) NEVER point a gun at someone without shooting them ! Or they will make you wish you had.

I have to admit the whole thing seems fairly stupid. I wonder if you could actually shoot into another car both doing 70 mph and have any hopes of hitting them. Anyway I guess I was impressed at least the guy admitted what he did. Most people would deny it.

I disagree sir. He ought to be ordered to do anger management counseling, a year's worth. They also should take his toy away. He's being an irresponsible little boy there. His temperament ain't right for trucking. He's going to jail so that's the equivalent to timeout.
