Driver Cited For Striking Indiana State Police Cruiser

I guess he thought his day was Boring, so he hit the trooper.

 

"Operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle While Ill or Fatigued"

How did they determine this ? Dont ever tell them something like that if they ask.

 

I'm sure the driver was very apologetic when he was pulled over and said, "Sorry, officer, I don't feel too good today" instead of "Dang, I'm glad I didn't hit you full on! I was just at the part where Dirty Harry says, "Do you feel lucky, punk?"

 

Truck driver Randal N. Boring, 55, of Potosi, Missouri, was not arrested but was cited for:

• Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle
• Operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle While Ill or Fatigued

I dont even have words. Guy should have his license suspended for this at a minimum. Zero excuse for side swipeing a vehicle unless your literally having a stroke or some ####.
