That's why I remove my securement and get the heck away. I don't trust steel or the machinery used to move it.

And how about Goshen's police response time! 45 minutes? Are you serious?

When you work in heavy industries you gotta be aware of where you put yourself. Wood and steel beat flesh every time.

A shame, "Milo Jovanovic",,from Chicago,, perhaps not from this country, and didn't understand what could happen. 45 minutes,,nice, probably, well a quick stop at Winchells, he isn't going anywhere.

When seconds count. The police are hours away.....

As for the driver, just yikes. This is why i dont trust anything bigger then a bicycle moving around me and always do my best to ensure i have an out or stay WELL clear. Ive had a few close calls in the oilfield and have been parinoid of large heavy #### moving around me every since i watched a dude get crushed to death by a driver not paying attention backing into him and squishing him against a wall.

Donut and coffee emergencies are more important than whatever you have going on.

    Rip driver

That is why there is so many facilities we go to that are safety conscious and don't allow drivers outside of the truck while loading/unloading . As annoying as it may be, this is the reason why and it would've saved this drivers life.

Oldman83, austinmike, REO6205 and 4 others Thank this.
