Driver looking for local Kansas City job

    Have a buddy looking for a local Kansas City job. He has just moved there, has many years experience. Reefer, propane, tanker, belly dump, diesel mechanic, doubles. He's 65, fit, reasonable MVR, no accidents. Money not too important, needs to be home Friday and Saturday for race meets.

    Any suggestions appreciated.

    He's over in blue springs area.

    I used to live in the KC Area.Grain Vally and Blue Springs.I went broke in trucking out there.I moved back to NY and i am on top of my game and very well off..

    Needless to say it was hell out there for me as an O/O.I travelled the circuit and fell flat on my face...LOL,LOL...I parked my truck and did a short term at Central.

    What i found to be a good deal and home every day was working for Central out of KCK..They run from KCK to St.Louis every night and back..Have him check them out..Not a bad deal.Not the best but not bad.At least he will be home everyday like a human being..

    Once i got a bit of money together i fired up old betsy and began running her again and put it in the wind to NY...I love MO and miss it alot.I DO NOT miss the wages....
