Driver Needed!!

We are a small family owned company with a 2 truck fleet running under Easy and Quick Trans dispatch based in Roselle, IL seeking a full time driver for OTR W/T Refer trailer. Current equipment needing a driver is a 2011 Peterbilt ( NO DEF and working APU!!) Drivers applying are required to have at least 2 years experience with no violations and a clean record, all drivers will go thru a background check. We are offering 2 options for pay either starting .65 cents per-mile loaded/deadhead except for personal empty driving (IE: Going home) or 28% of gross income both of which have room for growth. We Offer occupational insurance as well. Driver is allowed to take truck home for home visits and time off. The more experienced the driver the higher the Gross percentage is in pay.
