Are companies using Driver Pulse able to look at your account and see what other companies you've applied to and/or worked for?

Any company including McDonalds will do a work history search. Some companies will be more thorough. When I was with CR England, they mistakenly thought I had omitted working where the wife works. Presumption on their part.

No. Not until you submit your work history. For sure not on who you’re applied for. I use driver pulse to help hire so I’d know if there is any question.

I've got a question about Pulse. I just completed trucking school and got my Class A combination. No experience whatsoever. Not the first job yet. I have hazmat, tanker, double-triples endorsements. I've even got a TWIC card and everything. AND I have a clean driving record with absolutely no moving violations going back 15 years, and +5 points on my driving record. I wanted to get on with Eagle Transport hauling gasoline as the starting pay is better for hazmat. I applied in the pulse app, went to an interview, they were requesting all kinds of documents through the pulse app, I think I'm getting the job for sure, then all the sudden the app says Eagle declined my application. I texted the manager who interviewed me about the decline and he tells me that he regrets to inform me that I was declined because I had two dui's in a lifetime and that they only accept 1 dui in a lifetime more than 10 years ago. I got one dui in 1985 (35 years ago), then another dui in 1995 (25 years ago). Does that sound fishy to you? I had a 93 GPA at the trucking school to. Then all the sudden I get turned down. Any way, back to my question about pulse. So what I've done now is apply to MACCAWAW transport. Now MACCAWAW never even returned my email or phone call today. Can companies see which other companies that you've applied to and if you've been declined or not? Because I"m thinkin MACCAWAW saw that Eagle declined my app, then they called Eagle to find out why, and now MACCAWAW doesn't want to take a chance on me. This is crazy. Both of these companies take trucking school grads right out of the schools and train them. You'd think I was some kind of convicted murderer or bank robber or something. Two dui's going back 25 and 35 years ago? Really?
