What is the charge of False accusation? Libel? Slander? Or destruction of DAC and other cornerstones of a innocent trucker?

This man should consider a suit to recover lost wages, damages and so forth.

Yup. I'd be suing the company for wrongful termination, seeking legal fees and back pay, as well as a clean report to DAC (if the company subscribes) and a formal letter of apology explaining what happened to show to prospective employers who somehow find out about the "incident". I'd also seek to have the arrest and charges expunged.

If the company fought me on ANY of that, I'd push for criminal charges against those who filed the fraudulent claim against me...because it would prove it wasn't simply an honest mistake. When you make an honest mistake, you do what is necessary to make it right.
