Used to happen with my T600 I considered it normal.
Rideandrepair and dirthaller Thank this. -
Stop taking ramps like the Daytona 500…
usually rotate mine every 50kSsgtkevin, Rideandrepair and Siinman Thank this. -
Alignment issues is the only time I see mine wear funny. Any other time they seem to wear the same. One other reason they wear a little different is if you hit the docks the same every time.
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Mine don’t wear funny at all. But if I don’t rotate them, they wear nice and square just like the OP says his did. Passenger side becomes a trailer spare when the driver side wears out.
Rideandrepair, mitmaks and Siinman Thank this. -
Could it be possible they we’re slightly different from the factory?
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
The Pete I'm driving now seems to be wearing both sides the same.BBut bossman takes care of his equipment. Absolutely nothing goes bad.
The last company couldn't make steers last 50k. One side always wore more then the other side so they'd have to be rotated side to side.Rideandrepair and Siinman Thank this. -

That's what I figure. It's not uncommon if you ask a lot of drivers. I asked about on here many years ago.

We have our trucks serviced (PM) every 35,000. I have my steers rotated every PM. The guys at the shop say I am the only one of about 18 drivers who ask to have steers rotated.
