    It was reinstated in about 2 days from the day they cancel it. Everything is good now :)

    it cost me a lawyer but the case was dismissed with prejudice.

    And this is exactly why I advocate NOT telling the company anything about a citation until it's paid (plead guilty) or the court case is over.
    A scenario if he told his company first.
    1. Getting fired for driving with no valid CDL.
    2. Getting HireRite reported terminated for driving without a valid CDL.
    3. Having trouble finding a job because one now has a CDL suspension on their record, even if it's unofficial.

    Will that happen? Unlikely. Thing is, is it worth one's CDL to gamble with it though? Way too many tickets get plead down or simply dismissed to admit to anything before all the facts are known.

    I have no reason to mentioned anything to the company:) and it was dismissed plus Montana don't share driving record with any other states..look it up is truth..
