Well, you might want to see if you can even get a job first. But, that said, most states have state sponsored scholarship programs.
But, again, what's the point of going to school if you can't get a job afterwards?
    Good luck

You're better off finding a lawyer (or possibly getting it removed yourself) to petition for an expungement. Lots of states are letting people get small charges associated with marijuana removed with little effort. Look into it. Shouldn't cost much at all. Marijuana is decriminalized in most of the country now.

Get the charge taken care of first.

    Before even trying.

Become an HVAC person or some other trade. Look into labor unions see if they would take you. +4 on the lawyer, getting it expunged would be way easier. Drugs and trucking is a hard sell, insurance rates would be the reason.

If it's your first and only charge, you can explore expunging the charge. The real issue is that you caught that charge last year, and many companies will want 3 to 5 years removed from when you caught the charge.

Once it's expunged it goes away. The employer will never see it and one doesn't have to report it either. It's as if it never happened.
