Temperatures are fine for a hard working engine, especially if they don't have a good fan to force air through the rad to simulate driving at highway speeds. 104 degrees Celsius is equal to about 219 F.
I've only ever looked at one other dyno on a new Series 60 back in the early 2000's and it only had a drivetrain loss of about 90hp (had the 500hp file in it).
