Bugs melted and fused on exhaust stacks.
Can get truck wash and next day is bug graveyard again.
    Any easy way to clean?

When you wash have them RainX everything. That will make them easier to get off.

Some may slide away at first, but bug guts basically neutralize RainX.

I’m not talking about the guts sliding off, I’m talking about the elbow grease needed to remove them. I RainX everything every wash. Even hauling cattle it would keep crap from sticking to the sides. I wash at least once per week. Even now that I’m back to being an employee we’re not limited on our washes within reason. Also, this is the reason why people started running dummy pipes with a weed burner under the frame. No heat makes the pipes easier to keep clean.

The rainX at the blue beacon is good stuff. I always opt for it. Truck gets dusty or slightly dirty and a hard rain will practically wash it clean again.

We use pre-soaped s.o.s and bristol pads on ours. Works well and doesn’t scratch up the stacks. You just need a water source to wet the pads.

Oh yeah, this is all assuming you have a way to get up that high...

Simple green, a bottle of water, a supersoaker, and a stack brush. Takes about 10 mins to clean.

Spray stacks with simple green, wait 5 mins. Scrub with brush using water bottle to wash dead bugs off between stacks or several times per stack if its really bad. Use supersoaker to clean the simple green off. Gets about 99.9% of them off. 100% if i scrub a little extra.

Oh and i have an extendable broom handle that works great as both a tarp strap fixer, a spare broom handle and something to thread my windshield and stack brush onto. Best $30 i ever spent for cleaning.
