I keep seeing Eastern trucks moving NEMF trailers in NJ. I'm wondering whats up with that? Did NEMF shut down their ltl trucks just to turn around and have eastern move some ltl freight? Or are they just making use of their NEMF trailers?

they are all either closed, or closing.

could be what you are seeing, is what was left on the docks.

could be what you are seeing is equipment being moved to other locations for auctions.

i live near a NEMF terminal, that i once worked for. they still had NEMF trucks as well as Eastern on the property.

might be only operating as per this announcement from them, otherwise, they are ALL closing or have been closed up to now..
