ecu128 pid 411 fault 04

I had mechanic replace exhaust flex pipe off turbo on 2006 ftlnr col 14l det series 60 and next day when i started trk,I started rcvng ecu 128 pid 411 fault 04. Googled and response was egr. Went to shop with computer and $92 later was told bad egr valve.my question is that with his removing air filter box and pulling flex pipe out thru front is there any way he may have knocked off wire or damaged sensor or something on vpod?? It's in the area he was working and seems a heck of a coincidence . Thnx

Well I checked all around vpod..couldn't see anything wrong then as I was checking above I noticed that the bracket over delta psi sensor had been mashed down and wire plug disconnected but when I tried to reattach it I noticed that there r 3 wire prongs coming out of plug as well as 3 wire prongs coming out of sensor. Any ideas? I can't tell how to plug it in like this..is it supposed to be that way?? Thnx in advance

 

Thnx but I found that delta psi sensor had been stepped on & I bought a New one for $92 & repkaced in about 20 min. Cel went off and all ok.
