I am a Operations Manager of a Trucking Company based out of Arkansas. We have ISX and ISM Engines. We are having major issues with our EGR Valves here recently. I am trying to determine if these can be deleted? Can anyone give me information on this?

not sure on the new ones. I unplugged mine on my 04 volvo with isx about 6 months ago and haven't had a problem since. just do it when the engine is cold

You have to be careful if you are to shut them off. I'd the EPA finds out you have the EGR shut off they will be all over you like a fat kid on cake. And unlike a fat kid they will fine you a huge chunk of change and possible jail time. But that's in the unlikely case that you'd get caught. just saying the negatives of it. I'm not to into the actually how to do it part. I have C-15.
