    What it is most likely your truck goes into “warm hold” mode that all d13 have as an option and can be turned on or off. You can see more info with Volvo PTT software. Here’s conditions for activation of this feature.

    I took a truck to Volvo in Lethbridge and asked them to turn off that "warm hold" mode. The truck is holding RPMS perfectly and there are no more issues with the engine going crazy and working badly on idle.
