Hi, my engine on my 2012 Cascadia DD15 died so I’m thinking on swapping it with a 1999 Detroit S60, I’m trying to find out what are the regulations on doing that like registering it and all other paper work, any information would help, thank you!

100% illegal and no way to make it legal.

If your truck came with EGR, DPF and SCR when it was new, it has to have them regardless of what year engine you put in it.
