    I don’t blame them. Wouldn’t want to lose it when the next hurricane blows in. Beach erosion has been accelerating in recent years along the Carolina coast.

    And that’s not the only area either. Same issue is happening along the Gulf Coast as well,in particular along the coast in Louisiana and Mississippi. Some of the barrier islands in those states are disappearing due to the increased frequency of storms and their intensity along with them.
