Entrys on my PSP

I have the following entrys on my PSP and want an honest assessment of my chances in getting hired on with a new carrier. Which of the following are Moving violations and which are labeled as something else. I am asking you guys because I dont want some BS answer from a company person... thanks.

10/16 - Failure to obey a traffic control device- ( left the port in new jersey and came into Maryland... got the light to GO IN to the weight station but the RAMP WAS FULL so I by passed it.... trooper ran me down and escorted me back then conducted a Level 2 on me... passed everything and after explaining that in other parts of the country you can bypass the scale if the ramp is full... he didn't care, inspected me and wrote me a $70 ticket.)

6/17- Failure to wear a seat belt- ( Trooper accused me of not wearing a seat belt was the reason for the stop. as a result he conducted a level 3 inspection... all was in order so he let me go with a warning to wear a seat belt but its still noted on my PSP)

9/17- False report of drivers record of Duty status- ( Co driver gets randomly pulled over, I am in the sleeper asleep. Co-Driver had started my log with out my knowledge....Level 3 inspection insued and Co driver is placed OOS for 10 hrs. I now have to get up, pretrip and start driving. On my PSP is states "OOS violation does NOT apply to me"
