and BTW, I'm NOT Dinkytruckerdoo. Nice of you to share that info of your paystub(it didn't work anyways....it's not very smart to share personal info on the internet, I'm sure someone from a third world country would love that info you posted that didn't go through)....but look.....it's a known fact, you are a favorite/golden child. Sdaniel said making a 4 figure check at EPES is really easy to do.....but.....look at all previous employees that were here, if you really read this whole thread. Teqntex didn't get but 1800 miles a week, flying got good miles but was forced to stay out and no regular home time. Pops, he was in the same boat I'm in here....NO MILES! I don't whine and complain....I do my job and what is told/asked of me and all I get is 200 miles a day....these past 2 runs have been the longest I've had since JUNE....yes, JUNE! Have you been to the yard, in Greensboro lately? Oh I stayed there last night. Got there around 0130 and lot was full of empty trucks. Had to go see Nate about a spare key this morning for my new truck and asked what was up with all the trucks, it's Thursday morning. He said, about a quarter of them are new, waiting to be issued. 2 of them are lease/,o/o, and the rest have been turned in by drivers who've left.

So, like I said, EPES is a great trainer company, but I'm NOT seeing how all these people are making money and I'm not! That's why I quit. I went next door and that place is a total NIGHTMARE beyond belief. Not only do they have a really high driver turnover, shucks, even the OFFICE has a high turnover rate! lol But, I need to make what little money I make, right now, to survive....but by next year I'm done, with trucking completely. I really LOVE trucking but, as they say, sometimes you find a job you love and it just doesn't either a) work out or b) not enough money to even deal with it. My situation in 3 years has been b! I don't think my situation is gonna change. I know how trucking is......it'll get better, I'm sure, for the next few weeks, but then it'll be right back to 1600-1800 mile weeks. PLUS, why should they pay me 42 cpm for 2600, when they can get a new trainee(right off a trainer truck making 32/34 cpm) to do the same amount of miles and pay them less money? That's the trucking business for you(and more of a profit for the company), that's reality of being with a trainer company. Sorry to burst your bubble on the reality of trucking....but that's just how it is, in the real world of trucking.
